Sue is a change catalyst with over 20 years of experience leading high-stakes transformations across sectors, from Capitol Hill to the C-suite in healthcare. With a strategic mindset and empathetic communication style, she excels in developing authentic leaders and guiding organizations through complex changes. Sue has held leadership roles, including chief of staff to the CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and deputy communications director for the top Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives. She now works with emerging leaders and C-suite executives in industries such as life sciences, healthcare, professional services, and technology.
Allison is a Master Certified Coach and leadership consultant best known for her deep understanding of organizational leadership and her acumen as an executive coach, capable of inspiring next-level growth for executives and the organizations they lead.
Golbie is a leadership advisor and executive coach with deep expertise in guiding individuals and organizations through growth, transition, and transformation. She brings a unique blend of business acumen and human-centered insight, shaped by leadership roles in tech, consumer goods, and investing—including Chief People Officer at Culture Amp and Global Head of People at Quay Eyewear. At BlackRock, she founded a global mindfulness program that reached 1,500 employees in 17 countries.
Katie brings over 30 years of expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and performance psychology. As a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, she specializes in creating high-performing, human-centered workplaces through courageous leadership and design thinking. Katie’s adventurous spirit and experiential approach enable her to help leaders and teams unlock their full potential and drive meaningful change.
Simone brings over a decade of expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and inclusive leadership. She is a speaker, facilitator, trainer, and executive career coach focused on transformational leadership solutions, with a particular emphasis on women’s leadership and inclusive leadership. Before transitioning to coaching, Simone held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies, where she developed a deep understanding of corporate strategy and leadership dynamics.
Derek brings a wealth of experience to his role as senior consultant at InspireCorps, combining his expertise in finance, technology, and operations with a passion for team and leadership development. His background as a founder, CEO, COO, and CFO in multiple women's apparel and retail innovation companies provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern businesses.
Shannon is one of the first 100 people in the world with a master’s in applied positive psychology. She has over 20 years of experience growing leaders and facilitating transformational experiences as a facilitator, teacher, entrepreneur, author, and executive coach. Her previous career as an actor and Broadway producer taught her how to engage others and understand what motivates people.
Charlie brings expertise gained from a remarkable 30-year track record of leading industrial businesses to his role as Senior Consultant at InspireCorps. His recent transition from president of the North American subsidiary of Krauss-Maffei GmbH to executive coaching underscores his commitment to developing new leaders and catalyzing growth in others.
John is a coach, consultant, and practitioner-scholar curious about what flourishing will look like in organizations and for individuals within organizations. John’s approach centers on using coaching to inspire, not to “fix.” It is informed by jazz improvisation, emotional/social intelligence, and whole-person coaching. Each lends itself to leveraging an individual’s strengths in service to a flourishing future.
