Allison is a Master Certified Coach and leadership consultant best known for her deep understanding of organizational leadership and her acumen as an executive coach, capable of inspiring next-level growth for executives and the organizations they lead.
Allison draws from 20+ years of experience working with thousands of global leaders in healthcare, higher education, biopharma, technology and financial industries to unlock new awareness and impact.
In addition, she has been a coach or invited guest speaker for several top MBA schools on topics like emotional agility, strengths-based leadership, and coaching mindset/approach. As co-founder of InspireCorps, she has played a key role in driving year-over-year success, merging innovation and insight to shape the company’s trajectory.
Allison is co-author of Dare to Inspire: Sustain the Fire of Inspiration in Work and Life, has delivered two TEDx talks, and has been featured in leading media outlets, including over 20 podcasts, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Executive Magazine, Forbes, Fortune, and The Economist. Allison’s influence extends to the academic realm, where she has collaborated with scholars from renowned institutions to publish peer-reviewed research on coaching, leadership, and applied positive psychology.
She has served on several boards over the years and is currently serving on the Advisory Board for HR.com’s Future of Engagement and programming board for HR Leadership Forum of Southern New England.
