
With over two decades of experience, Dolores is an executive coach and leadership consultant known for helping leaders navigate complex challenges. She has served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across industries such as technology, biotech, financial services, and NGOs.
Dolores’s career includes roles such as head of HR at Calico Life Sciences, where she collaborated with the CEO and executive team on navigating the Pandemic and Return to Office, and led initiatives that resulted in significant improvements in manager performance. During her eight years at Google, Dolores led the Global Manager Development team, empowering over 6,000 managers and creating leadership programs featured in the bestselling book Work Rules! and on Google’s reWorks site. She has also served as Director, Western Region for Catalyst, where she worked with organizations like Nike and Microsoft on organizational development.
Dolores holds a master’s degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in finance from California Polytechnic State University. Passionate about empowering leaders, she enjoys exploring neuroscience and longevity research.
