Jen’s background includes leadership roles in e-commerce and healthcare with market leaders such as eBay, Hewlett-Packard, and Johnson & Johnson. Having experienced both remarkable successes and significant misses, she witnessed the difference that inspired leaders, teams, and cultures make and founded InspireCorps with the mission to make work awesome as a pathway for changing the world.
As a thought leader in organizational growth and innovation, she co-authored Dare to Inspire: Sustain the Fire of Inspiration in Work and Life. The book is grounded in five years of original research, revealing that inspiration is a valuable resource that drives exceptional outcomes in modern work. Jen also serves on the board of the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology Alumni Association at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing her expertise to advancing the field and community of positive psychology.
