As a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, she specializes in creating high-performing, human-centered workplaces through courageous leadership and design thinking. Katie’s adventurous spirit and experiential approach enable her to help leaders and teams unlock their full potential and drive meaningful change.
Leveraging her background in psychology, experiential education, and the arts, Katie designs and facilitates dynamic coaching partnerships, workshops, and team retreats. She focuses on the human dimensions of performance, helping clients identify and overcome mental blocks to achieve sustained success.
