Max's background spans multiple industries and organizational stages — from early-stage startups to corporate transformation initiatives. He has built, implemented, and scaled learning, leadership, and wellbeing programs at Omada Health, Boston Consulting Group, and Walgreens Health, as well as through his own consulting practice, Awen Design & Consulting. As part of his background and training, Max leverages design thinking, positive psychology and experiential learning to create truly human-centered programs with impact.
