Peter Boyd
Peter is a visionary in purpose-driven change, guiding leaders and teams to maximize their positive impact. He is passionate about ‘Connected Leadership’ and systems change toward a ‘Net-Zero’ world, sharing his insights through teaching, writing, and speaking, as well as through coaching leaders and supporting organizations at the forefront of this transition.
As founder and CEO of Time4Good, Peter lives his commitment to impactful leadership. His roles as a Lecturer at Yale School of the Environment and the School of Management, along with his position as a Resident Fellow at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment, highlight his expertise in bridging theory with practical applications.
Peter’s coaching draws on decades of experience advising high-growth organizations on leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurial opportunity. His unique perspective on transformative change comes from roles as launch director and COO of Sir Richard Branson's Carbon War Room and CEO of Virgin Mobile South Africa.
Peter's influence extends to global sustainability efforts. He serves as co-chair of the U.N.'s Race to Zero Expert Peer Review Group, as a senior adviser to the U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Program Office, and on the board of ‘Sustainable Westport’ in his hometown of Connecticut.
