Shannon is one of the first 100 people in the world with a master’s in applied positive psychology.  She has over 20 years of experience growing leaders and facilitating transformational experiences as a facilitator, teacher, entrepreneur, author, and executive coach. Her previous career as an actor and Broadway producer taught her how to engage others and understand what motivates people.

Shannon has worked with a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Scotiabank, Google, Aramark, Sony PlayStation, and the United States military. Her unique blend of leadership presence and positive psychology helps leaders and teams thrive. She holds a BA in theater studies from Yale University, a master’s and has taught at the Applied Positive Psychology program from the University of Pennsylvania, and is an ICF-certified Professional Coach with over 3,000 coaching hours.
