Stephen brings over 20 years of experience as a leadership coach and team performance consultant to his role as Senior Consultant at InspireCorps. With a systems-thinking approach, he collaborates with clients to create holistic solutions that drive performance and change, all while enhancing the employee experience.
Before consulting, Stephen led the organizational development team at Evernorth Health Services, a subsidiary of Cigna, overseeing strategic initiatives to elevate business and team performance. He also led the change management discipline at Cigna, where his projects included the cultural integration of Cigna's $54B/74,000-employee merger with Express Scripts, launching the 'Grounded and Conscious' change leadership methodology focused on whole-person health, executing organizational design revisions, and implementing a decentralized model for U.S. commercial sales.
