Wally's senior human resources leadership experience spans industries, geographies, and business scales. He has operated in more than 20 countries and led global HR staffs exceeding 50 employees, work that has taken him into executive offices at top-tier organizations across consumer goods, healthcare & medical equipment, specialty chemicals & gases, and financial services. That range gives him a grounded, real-world view of what it actually takes to build strong teams and develop capable leaders.
